Pre-Cancer Genome Atlas International Hub
The PCGA’s goal is to identify the genomic events that allow pre-cancer cells to transform into cancers.
PCGA is currently sequencing over 1,800 global pre-cancer and cancer samples. The analyses of these findings will allow PCGA to develop the first comprehensive genomics map of human pre-cancer processes. These data will enable researchers and clinicians to more effectively identify, prevent, and treat cancers.
