Shared Resources
Center for Epigenomics
OVERVIEW
Center for Epigenomics (C4E) at UC San Diego invites researchers to investigate the transcriptomic and epigenomic mechanisms of disease via single cell, spatial, and bulk assays. There are two ways to collaborate with C4E: 1) our Fee-For-Service assays and 2) our collaborative research program. We have vast experience, having worked with samples from 40 different tissue types derived from 20 different organisms.
The Center of Epigenomics is a state-of-the-art facility with the high-end equipment and facilities, including Cell Sorters with the possibility of plate sorting (Sony), Biomek i7 Automated Liquid Handling Workstations (Beckman Coulter), Chromium controllers (10x Genomics), LeviCell (Levitas Bio), Xenium (10x Genomics), CyteAssist (10x Genomics) and other equipment.
